Liquitex
The paints and media developed by Liquitex are professional grade and are synonymous with Quality, Colour Permanence, Stability and Longevity. I have used all of the mediums here from virtually the time of their inception – for well over 30 years. Although they are expensive it is worth knowing that what you value in your work at the time of its creation is reflected in the physical permanence of your work for years to come.
Art Spectrum

I once purchased a large roll of Canvas that was traced to this German firm. I tend these days to regard Canvas as one of the most over rated painting mediums and prefer to stretch and bond it to a rigid mount of Marine Grade Plywood. Coal Creek Village
I built the first scale model for this when it was only a proposal way back in 1972. I actually taught school here following the ‘Irish Schools’ curriculum from 1898. I was present the day the first building was placed here as well as the official opening in 1974 and of course Karmai was built to promote both this and the town of Korumburra. The golden age were the years when the Karmai Festival was at it’s height in the late 70’s and early 80’s.Tragically, today you wouldn’t even know that such a giant worm had ever existed.
