Come in! Sit down and take a look around.
Thankyou for visiting.
No need for whispering in these galleries (I always hated that as an Art Educator)
I hope the concepts and the variety of works that you can experience here will whet your appetite enough to bring you back for more as this site is designed to grow and will change more frequently if you decide to participate.
With the establishment of this site I am celebrating over 40 years as an Artist in Painting, Performance and other more outrageous artistic pursuits along this incredible journey.
I actually exhibited my first painting in 1964 under a plastic sheet in Melbourne’s Fitzroy Gardens and since then I have exhibited paintings, floats, character animals etc everywhere from a Melbourne Tram to a collapsed 80 year old Coal Miner’s tent, from the middle of Swanston Street to the Wild Dog Valley Hall, from a 100 year old Second Class Railway Carriage (with Redbacks included) to a deserted country Railway Platform, from the main track of the Flemington Race Course to the Main Street of Nyora, from a deserted church in Bena to the Botanic Gardens in Melbourne. And from all of these places over the years some have found more interesting homes. From a Pizza Parlour somewhere in Pittsburgh U.S to a ‘Darby & Jones’ in England and from an apartment wall in Rome to a presidential Palace somewhere in India.
With the launch of this website the universe has now expanded exponentially and with the hard work of my friends at ‘Audacious Design’ and ‘Feral Art’, and with the grace of God , ..’this journey..’ now continues with comet like speed and shows no sign of slowing - or for that matter - a final destination.
